High pressure forged steel gate valve

The high-pressure forged steel gate valve is suitable for cutting and connecting the pipeline medium in pipelines of various working conditions such as ANSI Class 150～2500, working temperature <600°C, such as petroleum, chemical and thermal power stations. High-pressure forged steel gate valve structure features:

1. Product design and manufacture According to API standards, the seal is reliable, the performance is excellent, and it can be used with imported equipment.

2.600Lb above the gate and valve seat seal is made of stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, wear-resistant, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life.

3. The valve stem is tempered and surface nitrided for good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

4. The wedge type elastic ram structure is adopted, and the rolling bearing is set in the middle and large diameter, which is easy to open and close.

5. The valve body material is complete, the packing and gasket are reasonably matched according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, and can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.

6.1500LB, 2500LB medium cavity adopts pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The sealing performance increases as the internal pressure increases, and the reliability is high.

7. The inverted seal is made of stainless steel threaded joint sealing seat or body surfacing austenitic stainless steel. The inverted seal is reliable. The replacement and maintenance of the packing can be carried out without stopping the machine. It is convenient and quick and does not affect the system operation.
