Pneumatic solenoid valve introduction

The solenoid valve is an electromagnetically controlled industrial device. It is an automatic basic component used to control fluids. It is an actuator, and a pneumatic solenoid valve is one of them. It controls the movement of the valve body to block or leak different oil discharges. The hole, while the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and then the piston of the oil cylinder is pushed by the pressure of the oil of the pneumatic solenoid valve, so that the current of the electromagnet controlling the pneumatic solenoid valve is controlled. The mechanical movement of the entire solenoid valve.

Principle of pneumatic solenoid valve

There are closed chambers in the pneumatic solenoid valve. There are through holes in different positions. Each hole of the pneumatic solenoid valve leads to different air pipes. The middle of the cavity is a valve. On both sides are two electromagnets. Which side of the magnet coil is energized? The valve body will be attracted to which side; the pneumatic solenoid valve blocks or leaks the different exhaust holes by controlling the movement of the valve body, and the air inlet hole is normally open, and the high pressure gas enters the different exhaust pipe. Then, the piston of the cylinder is pushed by the air pressure of the pneumatic solenoid valve, so that the mechanical movement of the entire solenoid valve is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet of the pneumatic solenoid valve.

Operating principle of pneumatic solenoid valve

The working position of the pneumatic solenoid valve (the solenoid valve is opened or closed) is actually the position of the spool of the pneumatic solenoid valve.

The spool is in the A position when the coil is not energized and in the B position when the coil is energized. When the spool of the pneumatic solenoid valve is in different positions, the interfaces on the valve body are either turned on or off. For example, a two-position solenoid valve means that the spool of the solenoid valve has two different working positions (open or closed), and for the pneumatic solenoid valve, the solenoid valve is charged and de-energized; for the valve it controls It is the opening and closing of the valve. The two-way and three-way solenoid valves refer to two or three passage ports on the valve body of the pneumatic solenoid valve. The two-position two-way solenoid valve has two channels of one in and one out, which is the most common pneumatic solenoid valve; the two-position three-way solenoid valve is three channels of one in and two out, and the two out channels are respectively corresponding The connection is normally open and normally closed. Similarly, the three-way, four-way, and five-way also refer to the number of fluid passages on the valve body.
