Classification and Principle Analysis of Hydraulic Control Valve

Hydraulic control valve structure can be divided into two types: diaphragm and piston type. the working principle is the same , which is powered by the downstream pressure difference △ P, controlled by the pilot valve, operated by the diaphragm (piston) hydraulic difference, completely adjusted by the hydraulic automatic, so that the main valve disc is fully opened or completely closed or in a regulated state. 

When the pressure water entering the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) is discharged to the atmosphere or downstream low pressure zone, the pressure applied to the bottom of the disc and below the diaphragm is greater than the pressure above it, so push the main valve disc to full opened (Piston) pressure in the control part can not be discharged to the atmosphere or downstream low pressure area, the role of the diaphragm (piston) above the pressure value is greater than the pressure below, so it will be the main valve plate to the fully closed position; when the pressure in the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) is between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure, the main valve disk is in the regulated position, which depends on the needle valve in the conduit system and adjustable pilot valve joint control role. Adjustable pilot valve can be through the downstream outlet pressure and with its changes to open or close, the changing of the diaphragm (piston) is above the control part of the pressure value, and the control valve disk is in adjustment position.

    According to the different structure and control way, the  hydraulic control valve can be divided into the following types: remote float ball valve (control liquid level), pressure relief valve, slow closing check valve, flow control valve, holding pressure / pressure relief valve, hydraulic electric control valve, pump control valve, differential bypass valve, emergency shut-off valve, and so on.
