China Butterfly valve

Valve controls the flow of liquids and gases through pipes and tubes. It includes types of butterfly valve, gate valve, check valve, globe valve, ball valve, air vent valve, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and others. Here we are going to talk about the butterfly valve. Butterfly valves are employed in the pipeline systems. Workers hardly think twice of them. But a fault butterfly valve in a plane, a machine, or a chemical plant could be no good. Valves must be precision-made and trouble-free.

China Butterfly valve are commonly used for clip-on butterfly valve and two Flanged butterfly valve. Grooved butterfly valves direct connect to pipe using iron pipe size couplings. Grooved valves are easiest to install. Butterfly valves can be used for on/ off service and throttling/ balancing. This will minimize line wear by distributing stem and disc weight evenly. Butterfly valves have a wider range of chemical resistance due to the trim options and choice of elastometric liners.

The butterfly valve is a valve which makes the disc to do the opening and closing of a valve. Disc, the trim part of butterfly valves, rotates with the stem to open/ close and modulate the valve. When the disc turns parallel to the flow, a worker can change the angle of the disc (0 degree to 90 degree) to manipulate the flow. That is to say, these valves offer a rotary stem movement of 90 degrees or less, in a compact design. With strong structure, small size, tight seal, easy maintenance and easy installation, butterfly valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical, water and other industrial automatic control system for remote control or local control. Currently, butterfly is mainly used in low pressure of large size pipelines.

Butterfly valves from TJL Industry include wafer type butterfly valve, lug type butterfly valve, flange center line butterfly valve, double offset butterfly valve, triple eccentric butterfly valve, PTFE butterfly valve and industry butterfly valve. What's more, we sell them to the customer worldwide, including from Europe, America, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Our products can be used for water supply and drainage, oil, gas, chemical industry and so on.

The advantages of a butterfly valve:

1. Easy and quick to open and close, fluid resistance at low level

2. Structure simple, small size and light weight.

3. Used with chemical or corrosive media.

The disadvantages of a butterfly valve:

1. Limited pressure and temperature.

2. Poor seal.

3. Not easy to clean

There is much room for expansion in the butterfly valve industry at the present. The main factors of the expansion include the growing energy demand, sustained increase in global population and urbanization in developing countries, the process of industrialization after the financial crisis. This trend has been growing steadily for years. Currently, the world's major economies have already entered the economic recovery cycle. The butterfly valve industry was showing a steady upward growth therewith.
